Viktoria Varga
My name is Viktoria Varga. I was born in Budapest in the heart of spring鈥攖he season of rebirth, strength, and vitality. Since I was a child, I have felt a deep desire to understand myself, to discover my gifts, and to learn how to transform them into a meaningful contribution to the world.
For me, Yoga is the art of living: it is about self-knowledge, daily growth, being a positive example, and sparking change. It is a path of constant study, inner research, and daily presence.
For over a decade, I traveled across Europe as a circus artist, acrobat, and costume designer, using the universal language of the body and emotion to connect with audiences.
Destiny eventually led me to Rishikesh, India, where I embarked on a profound spiritual journey. There, I trained as a Yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic massage therapist. Since then, Yoga has become my way of life, teaching, and service. I have lived in Italy since 2008, where I continue to explore and teach Yoga in all its forms: from aerial to floor practice, individual or partner sessions, and from dynamic flows to meditative practices and prenatal yoga.
I believe that each of us has a precise place in this world; we simply need to brush away the dust and rediscover the light that has lived within us since birth.
In my roots, I carry courage and a true vocation for teaching. I was born on the “Day of Moral Courage,” in the “Week of the Teacher,” and the “Month of the Nurturers.” From my grandfather, I inherited a love for movement and the body; from my grandmothers, a passion for fabrics and manual creation.
Today, I am a yoga teacher, artist, and artisan. Every activity I engage in is a way to weave together body, soul, and beauty.
